The Daily Schvitz SugarBee® Apple Blondie Crumble Recipe
These SugarBee® Apple Blondies are rich, buttery, and layered with cinnamon-kissed apples and a golden crumble topping. The naturally sweet, juicy SugarBee® apples add brightness and balance to the soft blondie base, making this dessert cozy, comforting, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
Blondie Base & Apples
- 2 large SugarBee® apples, peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Crumble Topping
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Apples
In a small bowl, toss cubed SugarBee® apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. Make the Blondie Base
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, whisking to combine.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
3. Make the Crumble Topping
In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
4. Assemble
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Spread half of the blondie batter evenly into the pan.
Add the apple layer, gently pressing apples into the batter.
Spread remaining blondie batter over the apples.
Top evenly with crumble topping.
5. Bake
Bake for 50 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
