Holiday Date Caramel SugarBee® Apple

Ingredients

• 5-6 pitted Medjool Dates
• 1 SugarBee apple
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions

1.  Arrange the dates on a sheet of parchment paper, add another sheet on top and use a glass to flatten them.
2.  Put a skewer in the apple and place it in the middle, folding the paper around the apple until it’s covered with the dates.
3. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in increments of 15 seconds until melted.
4. Cover the apple and decorate with  pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and coconut. Place in the fridge to harden, slice and enjoy!
