Cranberry Apple Brie Puff Pastry Bites

These Cranberry Apple Brie Puff Pastry Bites are the perfect appetizer for the winter season! The sweet, tangy cranberry sauce and creamy brie are elevated by the rich flavor notes of honey, caramel, and molasses from the Sugar Bee apples. With a golden, flaky puff pastry and a hint of rosemary, these bite-sized treats bring the perfect balance of savory and sweet to any cozy occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • Cooking spray
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting work surface
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Sugar Bee apple, diced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce and diced apples.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one sheet of thawed puff pastry dough. Cut the dough into approximately 16 squares.
  4. Place one square of puff pastry into each muffin tin. Add a cube of brie to each square, then top with about 1 tablespoon of the cranberry apple mixture.
  5. Bake until the pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish each bite with a small sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve warm and enjoy!
