SugarBee® Apple Cheese Ball
With five ingredients and five minutes of prep, you can whip up an amazing snack that will feed a crowd. Mix up some cream cheese, cheddar cheese, a little honey and lots of those crisp and delicious SugarBee® apples and then wrap it all up into a ball. Refrigerate for 4 hours and you’ll have a sweet and savory snack that everyone will love!
Servings: 20
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese – softened
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese – shredded
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups SugarBee® Apples – diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans – finely chopped

Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Mix in the diced SugarBee® apples.
- Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Gently shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- About 20 minutes before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the pecan mixture into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
- Serve with crackers and sliced SugarBee® apples.
