SugarBee® Apple Cheese Ball

With five ingredients and five minutes of prep, you can whip up an amazing snack that will feed a crowd. Mix up some cream cheese, cheddar cheese, a little honey and lots of those crisp and delicious SugarBee® apples and then wrap it all up into a ball. Refrigerate for 4 hours and you’ll have a sweet and savory snack that everyone will love!

Servings: 20

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese – softened
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese – shredded
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups SugarBee® Apples – diced
  • 1 cup toasted pecans – finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Mix in the diced SugarBee® apples.
  3. Spoon the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap to cover completely. Gently shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, take the cheese ball from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and gently press the pecan mixture into the cheese ball, covering all sides.
  5. Serve with crackers and sliced SugarBee® apples.
