SugarBee® Apple Zero proof Spritzer

Looking for a beverage for your Super Bowl LVII that won’t weigh you down?  With flavor notes of apples and citrus, this refreshing zero proof SugarBee® spritzer has you covered.

Servings: Per recipe – each recipe serves approx. 20 – 4oz servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 Rosemary ice cubes – see below
  • 3 1-Liter Lime flavored soda water (see image)
  • 1 c Blood Orange Italian Soda for color
  • ½ Cara Cara orange sliced in wheels
  • ½ SugarBee® apple cored and sliced into wheels
  • 3 Kumquats sliced in wheels
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced in wheels
  • 4 oz cups
  • Cocktail napkins

Directions:

Rosemary Ice Cubes – Prepare night before

  1. Cut Rosemary into small sprigs for freezing- 6-10 leaves per sprig. Best to
    use top of the branches for this as they are less woody. Add 1 sprig per ice
    cube opening. Freeze.
  2. Clip remaining Rosemary leaves from bottom of branches into small
    container for garnish of cups once they are poured.
    Refrigerate Lime Soda Water and Italian soda for 24hrs to keep ice cubes from
    melting.

SugarBee® Spritzer – Prepare right before serving

  1. Pour Lime soda waters and blood orange Italian soda water into serving
    vessel
  2. Add: wheels of Cara Cara oranges and SugarBee® apples in top of vessel
  3. Add: Kumquat slices and Kiwi wheels
  4. Add Rosemary ice cubes last
