Ice Cream Base Ingredients:
• 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup plain kefir
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 tbsp bourbon vanilla bean paste

Speculaas Spice Mix (Keep in Your Pantry All Season!):
• 8 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp ground clove
• 2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground coriander
Caramelized SugarBee Apple Mix-In:
• 1 SugarBee Apple, diced small
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp Speculaas spice mixture
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base: The night before, combine cream cheese, sugar, kefir,
milk, and vanilla bean paste. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami
Deluxe pint container and freeze for at least 8 hours.
2. Make the Apple Mix-In: The next day, dice the SugarBee Apple into small pieces.

3. In a cast iron skillet, melt butter, then add apples, brown sugar, and Speculaas spice mix.
Sauté until the apples are slightly soft and the juices caramelize. Transfer to a bowl and
refrigerate until fully cooled.

4. Process the Ice Cream: Remove the frozen base from the freezer and run it through
the Ninja Creami Deluxe on ‘Ice Cream’ mode. Follow with a ‘Re-Spin’ cycle to ensure
creaminess.
5. Add the Apple Mix-In: Once the apples are cooled, add them to the ice cream and run
through ‘Mix-In’ mode.

6. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or refreeze for a firmer scoop. Optional
toppings: caramel sauce and fresh sliced SugarBee Apples.
