SugarBee® Cider and Whiskey Cocktail

I N – C I D E R I N F O R M A T I O N
1 oz Sour Mash Whiskey
½ oz Calvados
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz @SugarBeeApple Cider Syrup
¼ oz Islay Scotch Whisky
1 barspoon Allspice Dram
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.

𝗖𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗿𝘂𝗽
4 oz @SugarBeeApple Cider
115g Cane Sugar
1 oz Clover Honey
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tbsp Allspice, whole
½ Nutmeg, ground
Dissolve sugar and honey in apple cider over medium heat and steep with spices to taste. Once cooled, strain out the spices and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

𝗗𝗲𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀
Slice a @SugarBeeApple into 1-1.5mm slices (use a mandoline if you have one). Place apple slices on a silicone baking mat on top of a baking sheet. Place on the middle oven rack and bake at 175°F for 3-4 hours. Once completely dry and crisp, place the apple slices in an airtight container. Use within 2 weeks.
